Bill arrived close to the start of the projected time frame. I showed Bill the three items I wanted work on. First was the loose faucet handle on the kitchen sink. The nut was rusted but Bill was able to strong arm it tighter. Next was a slow drip in the basement shower head. It was too costly to replace the Delta insert, so I passed on that repair. Next was the Toto handicap toilet that has been unstable shortly after installation with the new tile floor. Bill removed the toilet and found the problem. Bill replaced the broken plastic offset ring with a metal one, new sealant ring, bolts, etc. No more problem. Bill was affable, straightforward with the pricing and helpful with my questions. I would not hesitate to have Bill and Ben Franklin Plumbing do more work as needed.

Being a previous customer is why I called on your company to fix my toilet. The serviceman that came out James White was very kind and professional looking. He introduced himself and verified what he was told my problem was. He also explained the plans your company has to offer. He went over with me what needed to be done to my toilet and began his work. I felt very comfortable with him doing the work. It did not take him long to fix my toilet and he also cleaned up behind himself. I can say the service I experienced was pleasant and very thorough. Kathy was also very nice when I spoke with her. I did tell Mr White that I would be calling again for my shower faucet to be fixed. I have always been pleased with the work your company has done for me, I also mention you to my friends.
